Man beats pickup with baseball bat

Ryan S. Armstrong reported Saturday a neighbor observed around 6:30 p.m. a bald white man beating on Mr. Armstrong’s pickup truck with a baseball bat while it was parked outside Mr. Armstrong’s 208 W. Brown Ave. residence. Officers observed several large dents on the side of the pickup.
