The 20-year-old man responsible for firing the shot that killed a 16-year-old boy Sunday admitted he was operating a party-for-hire scheme out of his Bloom Center home and was promptly sentenced to six months in the Logan County Jail.

Allen, 37, of Hancock Drive, Russells Point, for gross sexual imposition after a coworker at Aunt Millie’s, 211 Lincoln Blvd., Russells Point, reported the woman made an offensive sexual gesture that was witnessed by customers of the business on Dec. 20.


Man admits sexual battery

A Bellefontaine man admitted a sexual battery charge after DNA evidence showed him to be the biological father of a baby born to a teenage mother.
