The DeGraff Village Council approved storm debris cleanup days for April 1-3 at its regular meeting Tuesday.

The debris should not be more than three inches in diameter nor longer than six feet, and should be placed at the curb no later than 2 p.m. April 3 for pickup.

Members also announced that a separate spring yard waste cleanup day will be conducted in May.

The council conducted a 10-minute executive session to discuss the acquisition of property for public purposes. No action was taken regarding this matter.

A resolution to submit certificate of estimated resources amendments to the auditor was approved. The amendments include increases in the fiduciary fund by $234.56 and the special revenue street fund by $1,375.

The additional street revenue funds were generated through the scrapping of an old street sweeper, which council approved at Tuesday’s meeting.

Members also approved the second of three required readings of an ordinance to establish the village park facility permit.

The street committee reported an April 1 due date for the “Friends of DeGraff” grant sponsorship applications.

The next meeting is 7 p.m. April 1, at the DeGraff Municipal Building, 107 S. Main St.
