Ridgemont Local Schools Co-Superintendents Suzanne Darmer and Ann Harvey thanked the district during the Thursday evening board of education for the opportunities in the past year, as the two officials wrap up their time at the school.

Sally Henrick, current K-12 principal of curriculum and instruction, moves into the superintendent role July 1 after being extended a threeyear contract last August.

“We want to thank the Ridgemont District for allowing us to be a part of their family for this school year,” the interim co-superintendents said in a prepared statement. “We have heard this district is doing amazing things and we are very happy to witness it this year.

“Thank you for your hospitality. We wish you the best as you elevate to new levels with Ms. Henrick, as she becomes your superintendent July 1.

“Ridgemont will remain in our hearts and we will keep watching this district as you educate students and prepare them for life.”
