Anthony D. Brenner, 46, and Anna M. Foreman, 45, both at large, each was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a 5:55 p.m. traffic stop Thursday.
Brenner was cited for driving under suspension.
He was observed driving south in the 1100 block of north Main Street and the officer initiated the stop because of the license suspension.
Both have a history of drug abuse and the officer asked about contraband in the vehicle.
Another officer arrived and observed Foreman remove a push rod commonly used to clean crack cocaine pipe from between seats in the vehicle. Two other push rods were found in the vehicle search.
Both admitted smoking crack cocaine earlier in the day. They were charged and released from the scene.
