‘Hello Dolly’ takes the BHS stage

The Bellefontaine High School Music Department presents the musical, Hello Dolly, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, and Saturday, Feb. 25, in the high school auditorium.

The musical is based on the play The Matchmaker by Thorton Wilder and the book by Michael Stewart, with music and lyrics by Jerry Herman.

Lead cast members include: Mrs. Dolly Gallagher Levi, played by senior Carrie Robb; Horace Vandergelder, played by senior Clayton Sopher; Cornelius Hackl, played by senior Peyton Neeld; Irene Molloy, played by  sophomore Xandri Huynh; Barnaby Tucker, played by junior Kasey Middaugh; Minnie Fay, played by junior Arianna Hiatt; Ambrose Kemper, played by junior Collin Irick; and Ermengarde, played by junior Kaitey Chervenak.
