Findlay residents Kayla M. Cluck, 19, and Rodney L. Spencer, 28, each was charged Monday with burglary.
They allegedly broke into a 510 Lawrence St. and stole electronics, video game systems, a tool set, medication and cash from Rose Brown and Marilyn Martinez, who came home Saturday after a week away to discover their residence had been burglarized.
They told officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department the duo knew of their plans, and records from a Findlay pawn shop showed they sold a number of items.
Ms. Martinez was able to alert officers on Monday the suspects were on their way to Bellefontaine and officers stopped the duo in the 1100 block of north Main Street.
They were arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
