Workers soon could begin dismantling the Logan County Courthouse’s 70-foot clock tower as work to put up tons of scaffolding is winding down.

Seaway Scaffold out of Toledo has nearly reached the top of the tower which is 140 feet or so above the ground.
Logan County Commissioner Tony Core said removal of the wind-damaged tower could begin within a week and should be completed by Christmas.
