A total of 28 people were named Tuesday in indictments handed up by a Logan County grand jury:
• Kevin Duncan, 29, of 500 Gunntown Road: possession of cocaine and trafficking in drugs, second-degree felonies;
• Jason Crawford, 27, of 416 S. Main St., Apt. A: possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony;• Cole Bader, 23, of Urbana: illegal use of a supplemental nutrition card, a fifth-degree felony;
• Carmelita Johnson, 38, of 317 N. Elm St.: permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony;
• Raymond Joseph, 35, of 317 N. Elm St.: possession of drugs and two counts of trafficking in drugs, all fifth-degree felonies;
• Scott Boggs, 32, of 1040 Heritage Court: trafficking in counterfeit drugs and receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies;
• Eric Dawson, 32, of 1121⁄2 W. Williams Ave.: felonious assault, a second-degree felony stemming from the July 20 stabbing of Bellefontaine resident Justin Baughman in an altercation at the Pink House, 600 Jay Avenue;• Danielle Oldaker, 30, of 6956 County Road 47, West Liberty: theft and forgery, fifth-degree felonies;
• Monte Jeanneret, 19, of 533 Fairview Ave., Russells Point: three counts of burglary, third-degree felonies; grand theft, a third-degree felony; two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felonies; and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony;
• Jermaine Artis, 36, of 509 Walker St.: possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
• Scottie McMillen, 512 N. Center St., Belle Center: complicity to commit burglary, a second-degree felony; and complicity to commit grand theft, a third-degree felony;
• Steven Jeanneret, 18, of 533 Fairview St., Russells Point: burglary, a second-degree felony; and grand theft, a third-degree felony;
• Adam Houchin, 21, of 205 Midway St., Lakeview: vandalism, a fifth-degree felony; tampering with coin machine and possession of criminal tools, first-degree misdemeanors; and possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor;
• Jesse Hamburger, 31, of 12857 Township Road 92, Lakeview: possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
• Cassidy Keylor, 34, of 416 S. Main St., Apt. B: five counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material, fifth-degree felonies; and five counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, fourth-degree felonies;
• Hubert Ridgeway, 63, of 312 Linden St., West Liberty: two counts of theft of drugs, fourth-degree felonies; possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; two counts of possession of drugs, third-degree felonies; and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
• Cheryl Craig, 42, of 145 Bristol Circle Drive, Russells Point: possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony; theft, a first-degree misdemeanor; possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor;
• Natasha Grubbs, 30, of Marysville: possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
• Eric Brown, 19, of 4762 Napoleon St., Huntsville: unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony;
• Billy Salmons, 32, at large: theft, a fifth-degree felony;
• Jennifer Gillman, 33, of Hatfield, Ky.: theft, a fourth-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony;
• Kevin Gillman, 49, of 3789 State Route 540: theft, a fourth-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony;
• Jacob Smith, 30, of 2251⁄2 N. Detroit St.: illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor;
• Ronald Kensler II, 47, of 2459 State Route 508, West Liberty: felonious assault, a second-degree felony;
• Brad Couch, 33, of Urbana: illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony;
• Patrick Biddle, 31, of Zanesfield, Ky.: three counts of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, third-degree felonies;
• Autum Biddle, 32, of Georgetown, Ky.: three counts of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, third-degree felonies; and
• Robert Price, 39, of 517 E. Chillicothe Ave.: seven counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material, fifth-degree felonies; and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, a fourth-degree felony.
