A change in regular meeting dates and interdistrict agreements for educational services were approved as part of a regular meeting of the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center conducted Thursday at Fairlawn High School.
Because of a standing conflict with one of its board members, regular meetings of the ESC board will be on the fourth Thursday of the month.
The board approved a one-year certified contract for Don Epps to be a teacher at the Logan County Juvenile Detention Center. Wayne Stevenson was employed on a one-year classified contract to be an aide for the JDC.
Marilyn Scheiderer was approved for a one-year classified contract as a part-time aide for the Indian Lake Special Education Unit. Mrs. Scheiderer was rehired following a previous retirement from the same position.
Alice Baughman was also approved for a one-year classified contract as a part-time special education aide at Indian Lake.
A one-year classified contract for Karen Yoder was approved to be a special education classroom aide for Benjamin Logan Schools.
Intervention specialist contracts at Adriel Schools were approved for Jill Smith, Elisabeth Leighty and Lyndsey Pierce.
One-year certified contracts for school nurses were approved for Doris Miller and Leanna George for Indian Lake and Riverside schools, respectively.
One-on-one teacher’s aides were approved for Verlia Bright, Angela Monroe, Riverside; Beth Malarkey and Mary Fleischmann, Indian Lake; and Jerry Allford, Benjamin Logan.
