Carmelita Johnson-Haithcock, 38, of 317 N. Elm St., was arrested Friday for permitting drug abuse and/or trafficking in drugs.
Law enforcement officers with the Logan County Joint Drug Task Force served a warrant on Wednesday at the residence, recovering some black tar heroin and nearly $900 in cash.
Raymond Joseph, 35, also of 317 N. Elm St., was arrested that day and charged with possession of heroin.
