UPDATE: City woman found, arrested

Alisha M. Dyer Fout, who was reported missing by her family Thursday evening, was located about 3:38 p.m. Friday at 401 W. Brown Ave. by deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.

After interviewing Ms. Dyer Fout, deputies charged her with drug abuse and lodged her in the Logan County Jail.

The suspect, 31, of 644 N. Detroit St., reportedly admitted to abusing drugs over the last several days and showed obvious signs of drug impairment at the time of her arrest.

Deputies were assisted at the Brown Avenue address by officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department.

Monday, Ms. Dyer Fout reportedly had dropped off her two children at her stepfather Brian K. Rollins’ residence, 236 E. County Road 57, Bellefontaine.

Mr. Rollins reported Ms. Dyer Fout missing Thursday after she had not returned to pick up her children this week. He reportedly has had text message communication with her during the week, but she has not responded to requests for phone calls.

She also is employed as a bartender at the Comfort Inn, 260 Northview Dr., and failed to report to work.

A post made Friday afternoon on Ms. Dyer Fout's Facebook page indicated she was fine.
