His mother reported to deputies this week that Mr. Bugg had left home. He is required to notify deputies 20 days prior to moving to a new address.

The defendant was convicted in 2012 of gross sexual imposition. He is described as being 6 foot tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 592-5731.

Man lodged for theft from family members

Johnathon Seeling, 23, 302 S. Miami St., Quincy, was charged with felony theft Saturday related to thefts from his family members.

Saturday, deputies spoke with his father, John Seeling of Sidney, who reported that Johnathon had taken three shotguns from him and sold one of the firearms at a gun shop in Sidney.

During their investigation, deputies contacted the owners of the gun shop, Tactical Solutions, and learned that the defendant was planning to sell another firearm there that day. When Johnathon arrived at the business, he was taken into custody by a deputy of the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and was transported to the Logan County Jail.

At the jail, deputies interviewed the defendant, and he admitted to selling his father’s shotgun to the gun shop for $200. He also admitted to the theft of a gas-powered generator from his grandfather, Dennis Fry. He allegedly sold the generator for $100.
