After poring much of their time into serving others and also dealing with difficult life circumstances, eight local women have been selected as the winners of a makeover contest that will give them a well-deserved chance to relax and enjoy a renewed sense of confidence.

These makeover winners will showcase their new looks on the runway at the 10th annual women’s health event, Girls Night Out, slated for 4 p.m. Friday, April 25, at the Bellefontaine First Church of God, 1000 E. Brown Ave.

Presented by Mary Rutan Hospital and Logan Acres Care Center, the evening will include featured speaker Andrea Dowding, who will present “Living Your Best Life” at 6 p.m. She is the co-founder of Women on Fire workshops.
