An Urbana man was sentenced to local jail and community control sanctions this week in Logan County Common Pleas Court.
Joshua Terry, 33, of Urbana, was sentenced to 67 days in Logan County Jail, five years’ community control and ordered to pay restitution, attorney fees and court costs for theft of a motor vehicle.
Four other defendants pleaded guilty. They were:
• Christopher Price, 26, of West Mansfield: illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material;
• John Clary, 23, of Bellefontaine: complicity to trafficking in drugs;
• Cody Predmore, 22, of Zanesfield: theft; and
• Betty Jean Carter, 24, of Bellefontaine: theft.
Ms. Carter will be sentenced May 19. The other three defendants will be sentenced May 12.
