Kyle Z. Hensley, 29, address at large, was charged with one count of felony burglary and one count of felony possession of criminal tools after he reportedly broke into a home in the Belle Center area Saturday evening.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious persons report about 10:45 p.m. at a residence in the 11000 block of State Route 117 owned by James Bach.
Deputies observed signs of forced entry to the home, and found the suspect hiding in the attic area of the residence.
The defendant had a backpack in his possession, and it contained a number of miscellaneous criminal tools, including flashlights, a screwdriver, a piece of metal used to pry open doors, a stocking cap, scarves and a dog leash.
Mr. Hensley was transported to the Logan County Jail.
