The Care Center at Green Hills Community has maintained a satisfaction rate of more than 90 percent among its residents, according to the latest study conducted by the Ohio Department of Aging and the Ohio Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
The biennial satisfaction survey of residents in long-term care facilities throughout Ohio measures the quality of care and the quality of life that the residents have in those facilities.
Green Hills earned an overall score of 90.79 percent on its survey of residents. Its previous score was 90.7 percent.
“Green Hills has always been known for its great reputation and these numbers prove it,” said Stephanie DeWees, Administrator and Vice President of Green Hills Community.
