Two Bellefontaine business owners have been written about in recent national publications.
The March edition of Kiplinger’s magazine featured a story on Pat Dodds’ Bellefontaine office of Money Concepts Wealth Management & Financial Planning.
Entitled A Family Approach to Wealth Management, the article explores Mr. Dodds’ relation with Money Concepts and how his children and in-laws decided to join the business.
“We feel like this profession is a calling for us,” Mr. Dodds told the magazine. “Just as people hire a coach to help them become physically fit, we coach clients on being financially fit.”
Carrie Reynolds, partner at Alan Galvez Insurance Agency, was featured in the February issue of National Underwriter Property & Casualty as their Producer of the Month.
Ms. Reynolds, who is partners with her father and longtime agent Alan Galvez, has utilized social media and her Confessions of an Insurance Goddess blog to draw clients to their thriving business and dresses as the Insurance Goddess at various events.
“In an industry traditionally seen as dull or boring, the Insurance Goddess catches people’s attention,” Ms. Reynolds says. “Initially, people may think of it as a gimmick, until they talk to us and understand that we are knowledgeable about the products we sell.”
