Indian Lake school board members approved a resolution to proceed with a renewal levy with an increase in May. They also approved a new bus driver and supplemental contracts.
Board members voted Tuesday in a regular meeting to seek renewal of an existing five-year levy with an increase of about $821,000.
If approved by voters May 6, the renewal and increase would bring in a total of $2,878,500 for Indian Lake Schools.
The initial levy was passed in November 2008 and brought in just over $2 million per year.
