M3, a division of Dublin, Ohio-based IEG Plastics, has chosen Bellefontaine to expand its business and create 40 to 80 jobs within three years.

M3 is acquiring a 33,000-square-foot facility in the Link Commerce Park along County Road 32 in the city limits of Bellefontaine.

The total cost of the project will be about $4 million, owner Jim Moore told the Dayton Business Journal.

Link Commerce Park, 223 Lock and Load Road, is strategically located for the new tenant, according to Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers, who brokered the deal.

“The Link Commerce Park is in the heart of Honda operations making this a perfect match for M3/IEG,” he said, adding there is plenty of room for expansion.

M3/IEG specializes in plastic injection mold making and manufacturing with more than 20 years’ experience in the plastics industry.
