A non-profit housing developer has moved its headquarters to the Main Street Marketplace, bringing three full-time and two part-time jobs to Bellefontaine.

Housing Services Alliance Inc. was based in Washington Court House, but now rents office space in the basement of Jason Duff’s property.
During a reception Tuesday at the marketplace, HSA Executive Director Robert Bender said the relocation is part of a strategy developed last summer to make sure the 501(c)(3) corporation continues to operate efficiently and effectively for years.
He explained HSA has a four-fold mission to make sure people can have safe, affordable housing.
It helps tenants find resources to cover rents, utilities and other bills.
