Two defendants pleaded guilty Monday before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor.
Kimberly Carnes, 35, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to theft and was placed on the prosecutor’s pretrial diversion program, which requires her to complete three years of community control. If she successfully completes the program, she has no felony record.
Mindy Swiger, 29, of Sidney, pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery and three counts of receiving stolen property. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is Jan. 13.
