Troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle non-injury crash about 6 a.m. today at county roads 142 and 10. No further details were available at press time.
Trooper Ty Skaggs said troopers handled some other non-injury slide-off incidents and assisted stranded motorists this morning, but no serious injury crashes had occurred during the icy and snowy weather.
“The main roads were mostly just wet this morning, while the county roads and townships roads had some slushy build-up,” he said. “Road crews had gotten ahead of the storm and were out early today applying grit.
“However, some additional snow is expected later this morning that could make travel more difficult. People need to be cautious when they’re out.”
