Cynyen D. Howard, 28, at large, was charged Monday with aggravated menacing, telecommunications harassment, domestic violence, intimidation of a victim, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.
His arrest came after a series of incidents Sunday and Monday, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report.
Around noon Sunday, he attacked Kizswala Sims and her mother Lorena Sims as they walked in an alley west of the 200 block of north Main Street.

There they met with Megan Slayback who allowed officers to enter the residence. She and Darrell Salter both denied the suspect was inside.
Officers then checked a kitchen broom closet and found the suspect inside. He was arrested and removed from the room.
An officer found drugs on the floor of the closet where the suspect was standing. A small amount of marijuana was recovered, along with 11 grams of cocaine and four grams of heroin.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
