Ohio Hi-Point school board president Anne Reames was recognized Wednesday at a regular meeting for her two-plus decades’ worth of service to local boards of education.
Board members approved a resolution honoring Ms. Reames for 25 years of service to the Bellefontaine City Schools’ board and Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.
“Anne’s knowledge and experience is invaluable to our board,” superintendent Jeff Price said. “This is a tremendous honor for her.
“We’re proud of her.”
Ms. Reames was presented with a 25-year pin during the Ohio School Boards Association’s Capital Conference last week in Columbus, as announced earlier in the Examiner.
She has been on the Hi-Point school board since 2004.
