A motorist that struck and injured two rural Bellefontaine bicyclists was sentenced to local jail time Monday in Logan County Common Pleas Court.
Nathaniel Gregg, 33, of 7666 E. State Route 47, was sentenced to 30 days in Logan County Jail for two counts of negligent assault, third-degree misdemeanors and failure to stop after an accident, a first-degree misdemeanor.
With three days time served, the defendant will have 27 days to do beginning Friday when he returns from a furlough.
