Polly Annabelle McClain, 28, of 110 Railroad St., Rushsylvania, was charged with possession of drugs and possession of marijuana after a Friday crash around 10:50 p.m. at McDonald’s, 1127 N. Main St. She was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead, no operator’s license, failure to stop after a crash and use of unauthorized license plates.
Jonell Nelson of Bellefontaine told police she was in her car waiting in the driveup window lane when the suspect drove a car into her vehicle.
The motorist drove off and continued across the street into the Rax Restaurant driveup window at 1130 N. Main St.
Officers found her and others pushing the now-stalled car. Officers found a plastic baggie with marijuana and two prescription pain relievers.
She was lodged in the jail.
