Police seeking public’s help in finding missing Sidney man

SIDNEY — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 78-year-old Sidney man.

James Cole disappeared Oct. 13 from his home in Sidney and has not been seen since. Police believe he may have gotten into a car with another person and left, for whatever reason.

Cole is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 192 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes. He has diabetes and a heart condition that requires medication but does not have dementia and is not an Alzheimer’s patient.

Anyone who may have information of his whereabouts is asked to call Sidney Police at (937) 498-2353 or the Ohio Attorney General’s Missing Person Unit at (866) 693-9171.
