A defendant pleaded guilty to three sex-related charges this week in Logan County Common Pleas Court.
Kyle Shirk, 62, of Belle Center, pleaded guilty to illegal use of a minor in sexually-oriented material, and two counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor.
Also pleading guilty were:
• Earl Woods, 27, of Columbus: assault. He was sentenced to a 60-day suspended sentence in the Logan County Jail, fined $250 and ordered to pay court costs and restitution, and ordered to have no contact with the victim;
• Shaun Anderson, 25, of Bellefontaine: forgery and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. He must complete drug and alcohol counseling and three years’ community control; and
• James Coyer, 36, of Kenton: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. A presentence investigation was ordered and he will be sentenced Nov. 25.
