A woman was arrested on multiple charges following a confrontation with family members in the area of state routes 117 and 273 about 7 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office charged Susan R. Stover, 39, of 747 S. County Road 5, Zanesfield, with domestic violence, endangering children and wrongful entrustment after she reportedly showed up intoxicated at an Indian Lake residence to pick up her 15-year-old daughter. The suspect instructed her unlicensed daughter to drive her home because she was too drunk to drive, law enforcement reports.
An argument ensued in the vehicle on the way home, deputies report, and the 15-year-old driver reportedly pulled the vehicle over because she was afraid the argument would lead to a crash. Deputies were contacted and upon their arrival found Ms. Stover being restrained on the ground.
The suspect was combative and belligerent with law enforcement. She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
