KENTON — A Forest man was in serious condition after an early Saturday motorcycle crash that occurred south of Kenton.
Pat Stidham, 60, of Forest, was southbound on U.S. Route 68 just north of County Road 200 about 3:45 a.m. when his motorcycle struck a deer in the roadway, troopers of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Stidham was flown by LifeFlight to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima with life-threatening injuries, troopers said.
The motorcycle sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene. The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office and BMRT assisted the post at the scene.
