UPDATE: Motorcyclist injured, cited


Logan County Sheriff Sgt. Chris Brown photographs a helmet Thursday at scene of a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in the 1900 block of County Road 24 just north of DeGraff. Noah Staley, 28, of 126 S. Main St., DeGraff, was operating a northbound motorcycle about 1:30 p.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle and reportedly laid it down on the roadway. Witnesses said he had been doing wheelies on the motorcycle before he crashed. Mr. Staley was able to move the bike off the roadway with the help of a several nearby residents. He was transported by Riverside squad to Mary Rutan Hospital for incapacitating injuries. DeGraff Fire Department assisted at the scene.
