Officials with Heartland of Indian Lake, 14442 W. U.S. Route 33, Lakeview, have announced that the organization passed its recent Ohio Department of Health survey deficiency-free.
Heartland of Indian Lake will celebrate their survey with various activities to congratulate all of their residents, employees and support staff for a Perfect Survey Score.
“I applaud the positive attitude and commitment to caring which ensures our residents and patients live with the greatest dignity, comfort and enjoyment possible,” Kristin Powell, administrator, said in a release. “A deficiency-free survey just reaffirms that the staff at Indian Lake are caring, dedicated professionals. I am very proud of my team.”
Every nursing center must be inspected annually by the State Department of Health. This survey is a detailed process where the center is expected to adhere to an extensive list of rules and regulations designed to ensure the safety, well-being and dignity of each resident.
