St. Patrick Church to hold bone marrow screening

St. Patrick Church hosts a bone marrow screening to look for a donor match for their deacon, Bob Crook, on Thursday, Aug. 8, at Makley Hall.

The event is being sponsored by Be The Match. DNA mouth swabs will be taken from noon to 8 p.m. People between the ages of 18-44 are recommended as best for testing.

Potential donors can choose to be screened just for Mr. Crook or go on the nationwide donor list.

For more information on organization sponsoring the event visit bethematch.org. There is no cost to donate.
