The Indian Lake Watershed Project hosted state senators Keith Faber and Cliff Hite on Tuesday morning at the Indian Lake State Park Office during a regular meeting.
The senators were involved in allocating money to the lake for a new dredger, and were invited to view the lake and see the effectiveness of past dredging.
Gabe Wickline, president of the project, thanked the senators for the new dredge and recognizing the efforts that have been involved in keeping Indian Lake free of the problems other lakes in the state are facing.
