Three defendants were sentenced in other cases this week before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor.
• Kareem Williams, 24, of Bellefontaine: West Central Community Based Correctional Facility, five years’ community control and ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees for trafficking in drugs;
• Brittany Mackesy, 22, of West Liberty: five years’ community control and ordered to pay a $250 fine, court costs and restitution for theft of a motor vehicle; and
• Patricia Davis, 40, of Huntsville: 120 days and 10 months in Logan County Jail for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, domestic violence and a probation violation. After receiving credit for time served, the defendant has 15 days left to do. She was also sentenced to an additional five years’ community control, undergo a five-year driver’s license suspension and ordered to pay a $1,350 fine, court costs and attorney fees.
