Troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle injury crash about 4:15 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 33 between State Route 274 and Township Road 99.

Troopers report Gregory Oltman, 52, of Columbus, was driving a westbound 2002 Honda Odyssey on U.S. 33 when he stopped because of debris in the road. The Oltman minivan was then struck in the rear by a westbound 2005 Toyota Scion.

Neither Mr. Oltman nor the Scion's driver, Leigh Dardio, 20, of Spencerville, reported any injuries.

Two passengers in the minvan — a 15-year-old female and a 14-year-old male — were transported by Huntsville squad with non-incapacitating injuries to Mary Rutan Hospital.

The vehicles' occupants were reportedly wearing their seat belts.

Ms. Dardio was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
