Teen issued summonses after 2 separate incidents

Colton J. Fullenkamp, 18, of 8524 County Road 97, Belle Center, was issued several summonses after two unrelated incidents that occurred Saturday and Monday.

Saturday, Jerry Wenger of West Liberty reported that someone had driven a vehicle in circles on his field located at county roads 5 and 29. The vehicle then left and had been traced to the Valley Hi area.

The driver, Mr. Fullenkamp, was located and issued a summons for criminal trespass.

Monday morning, an employee of the West Mansfield Mini Mart, 115 N. Main St., reported that the defendant had left the gas station without paying for $15.47 in gasoline.

Mr. Fullenkamp reported had previously presented his debit card to pay for the gasoline, but the debit card was declined.

His vehicle was located about 12:50 p.m. in the city in the area of Main Street and Gunntown Road.

During a search of Mr. Fullenkamp’s person, deputies found a marijuana pipe. He was issued summonses for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
