A man already charged twice this year with heroin possession was arrested yet again Wednesday.
Detectives with the Logan County Joint Drug Task Force arrested Donte Boddie, 31, outside his 153 Miami Ave. residence around 1:30 p.m. as part of an ongoing investigation.
Several grams of heroin, including 16 capsules, crack cocaine and a prescription opiate were seized, along with $350 and a cell phone.
He is currently lodged in the Logan County Jail on charges of possession of heroin, trafficking in heroin and possession of crack cocaine.
The Logan County Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case to consider other charges.
On Jan. 18, the task force arrested the suspect on possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin. The second arrest came March 20, and he was charged with trafficking in heroin and possession of drugs.
He was released on his own recognizance for the first case and posted a $10,000 bond on the second case.
Prosecutors will ask Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor to revoke the bond during a Monday hearing.
