More felony charges involving a third female student were filed Tuesday against former Riverside schools band director John “Tim” Shook.
A Logan County grand jury handed up an amended indictment charging him with two fourth-degree felony counts of gross sexual imposition and one fourth-degree felony count of attempted sexual battery for the latest victim to come forward.
The 34-year-old defendant, who resides at 816 S. County Road 24, DeGraff, was indicted in March for one first-degree felony count of rape, five counts of third-degree felony sexual battery, one fourth-degree felony count of attempted sexual battery and three third-degree felony counts of gross sexual imposition.
