Ramarco D. Jarrett, 27, of 1219 S. Detroit St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and six counts of violating probation after an 11:05 p.m. traffic stop Thursday. Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department also cited him for driving under suspension.
He was observed traveling 37 mph in a 25 mph zone of Eastern Avenue and stopped in the 100 block of east Chillicothe Avenue.
Officers learned he was wanted out of Franklin County and took him into custody. They found a box cutter in a back of his sweat pants; more than $300 in cash divided in $20s in one pocket and $1s, $5s and $10s in another; and glass pipe for smoking marijuana in the vehicle.
He was lodge in the Logan County Jail.
Duo rob man of his wallet
Won B. Cha, 309 E. Columbus Ave., Apt. 4, reported two light skinned black men entered his residence and stole his wallet around 6 a.m. Thursday.
He awoke when they entered his bedroom. They demanded his wallet and then struggled with him over a pair of pants. Once they had the pants they removed the wallet and fled.
It appears they forced open a door to enter the apartment.
