Groves to continue on Jeopardy! Monday evening

Robert “Rob” Groves IV, Ph.D., a son of 1975 Indian Lake High School graduates Robert W. and Kathryn Eifert Groves of Brighton, Mich., was named the champion of the Jeopardy! episode that aired Friday evening.

The Los Angeles resident will appear on the show again Monday evening, against two new challengers.

Mr. Groves is a graduate of UCLA where he earned a doctorate in classics and is currently employed as a lecturer. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

He is a grandson of Judy Groves Harter of Foley, Ala., and the late Bob Groves; and Marianna Eifert of Piney Flats, Tenn., and the late Jack Eifert, all formerly of Logan County.
