Chase Whiting, 21, of 6761 Lima St., Huntsville, was arrested Thursday after he jumped out a window of city residence at 105 N. School St. and ran from authorities.

Investigators with the Logan County Joint Drug Task Force were there around 2:30 p.m. to serve Emily Neff, 26, with a warrant for failure to appear.
They noticed a red pickup truck which the suspect was seen driving.
Ms. Neff was asked if anybody else was in the residence and she went to get them from a bedroom.
That is when Mr. Whiting fled out a window and ran across Sandusky Avenue to the area of Heartland of Bellefontaine, 221 N. School St., where he was apprehended.
He was charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and a parole violation.
