Notestine Manor should be filled as soon as it opens later this month as 13 applicants sought to land one of the 11 units in the $1.3 million facility.
“It’s been amazing to see the response,” said Robert Bender with Housing Services Alliance.
The units are for people 62 years old and older earning less than $19,950 a year for single resident and $22,800 for a couple.
