Mooner issued summons

Bradley Lewis, 23, of Sidney, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct during a traffic stop in the 300 block of north Main Street at 6:14 p.m. Friday.

Bellefontaine Police initiated a traffic stop after an off-duty officer witnessed Lewis “mooning,” or exposing his bare buttocks to other vehicles in traffic.
