Car owner looking for information

Robert Mitchell Jr., of 428 Kent Drive, Apt. 9, told officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department he believes someone tried to leave information regarding a hit-skip crash over the weekend, but rainy weather made a note on his car’s windshield illegible.

Officers report Mr. Mitchell’s 2012 Honda Accord sustained minor damage to its rear bumper while parked at the complex.
