Patricia A. Davis, 39, of 3569 W. State Route 274, Huntsville, was charged with felony domestic violence, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving under court suspension following an incident at her residence Saturday evening.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to her address just before midnight on a domestic dispute reported by her live-in boyfriend, Michael Acheson, 56.
Mr. Acheson told deputies that Ms. Davis had just left the residence in a vehicle and that she was extremely intoxicated.
Deputies located her vehicle in the area of Blue Jacket Path near Chippewa. The defendant showed sings of intoxication and also had dried blood on her face.
She refused to take field sobriety tests or a blood alcohol content test.
Mr. Acheson reported that Ms. Davis had become angry earlier that evening after the pair left a bar in Huntsville. He said she started hitting him in the head in their vehicle when they arrived home, and then continued to punch him when they went inside.
Mr. Acheson had cuts on his nose and upper lip and abrasions on his face, deputies said.
She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Logan County Jail.
Ms. Davis has had seven prior OVI arrests since 2007, according to Logan County Jail records.
