Dublin man charged

Chad Kinlin, 21, of Dublin, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report.

He was found heavily intoxicated and crying while sitting outside Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, 2168 S. Main St., around 7:40 p.m.

He told officers he was left behind by his friends.

A grinder for processing marijuana was found in his clothing.

He was transported to the Logan County Jail.
