Logan County Sheriff Andrew J. Smith issued a level one snow emergency about 6 a.m. Friday. 

A level one snow emergency means that roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow, and drivers should exercise extreme caution while driving.

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff's Office reportedly were responding to a crash that occurred about 6 a.m. at State Route 347 and U.S. Route 33. Further details were not immediately available.
