Worldwide Honda convention gives associates a chance to connect

Every two years, Honda gathers its top NH-Circle teams for a worldwide convention, giving the workers the chance to develop valuable face-to-face relationships with associates from other nations.
“It helps you develop contacts,” said Andrew “Spike” Pike from Swindon, England. “That way, if you run into a problem, you know someone at another plant that may have gone through something similar or they can get you a way in to talk to somebody else.”
Exchanging ideas is the central idea behind the conventions.
Teammate Michael “Oggy” Hogg said the events expose associates to new ways of manufacturing cars, motorcycles, small engines and handling parts, information the circle members can take back to their home plants and operations.
